Jim G @JimReviewsMovies Feb 11 An abysmal, steaming, turpid piece of shit! This was absolutely one of the worst movies that I’ve ever spent an hour watching (the mission, let me say, was left incomplete). I am usually in step with RT’s reviews but this one left me with less faith in the website. There is no way that the short cameos by the real actors make up for the nonsense, and the dialogue is so stupid I feel like I may have actually lost 6-7 points off my IQ just by listening to it. I was, regrettably, waiting for one of 2 things to occur: 1. for the movie to actually get better and for my faith in RT to be redeemed 2. for the actual zombie apocalypse to come and save me from this loss of time and brain cells Sadly, neither happened And before anyone says otherwise, I am a veteran and I did get the military references but still found zero humor in this film. I strongly suggest that anyone who did not wait mouth agape for the next installment of the Sharknado franchise steal clear. See more Matthew Mar 30 I made an account just to warn people off this movie. It's not good. At all. The good actors in here are barely in it, the real hero's aren't good actors, and the rest of the cast are very cringe. I don't understand how this has a good rating when it's so awful? I'm really confused when all the reviews say how bad this is. See more Paul M 02/05/2025 Could not get past the first 10 minutes. How this thing got a 82% Rotten Tomatoes rating I will never know when many of the public ratings didn't go past one star. One of the worst movies i've ever seen. Putting people like debatable hero Marcus Luttrell and 3 actual Medal of Honor recipients in it, is a disgrace to what they have obtained. Zombie Apocalypse bomb, was a description of the movie itself See more Colorado M 02/05/2025 Complete crap of a movie. Like others have said. Unwatchable. Sad tropes. See more Luis P 01/05/2025 I got an immediate 10 percent bump of my VA disability when I told my doctor I watched this movie. Horribly atrocious, not funny at all, cringe, whack, and just a pathetic attempt from a bunch of wanna be movie star veterans aiming at the low hanging fruit the zombie movie genre is and delivering a talentless, passionless, shameful, embarrassing, (did I mention not funny?) absolute nothing of a movie that should be listed under the top 100 worse movies of the century. See more ERIK P 01/03/2025 This is one of the worst zombie movies ever. One it is poorly written and completely disrespectful to the genre and the military. Not to mention the acting is just plain horrible and the folks that had anything to do with this horrible movie should be ashamed of themselves and never allowed near another movie.
