Frank D @FrankinFL Sep 30 Well its not the first movie to mix theology and Sci-fi. The name of the movie pretty well tells you what's going to happen. I didn't think the acting was as bad as others made it out to be but I thought the special effects were stolen from War of the World with Tom Cruise, neat at first but then predictable. This movie managed to keep my attention for 2 hours which is better than half the other stuff out there. They tried. They did try, but this very low-budget/no-budget movie is obviously a passion project made by someone who desperately wanted to work in film. You couldn't do much worse if you gathered some friends and took a vhs camcorder into your backyard. The writing, acting, and dialogue are much worse than the photography and special effects, and that's saying something. Don't do this to yourself. Use those 85 minutes to stare out the window or fold clothes. Or ask your neighbor for his family's bikes so you and your spouse can escape when the apocalypse comes. See more Kelvin M Apr 30 THUS MOVIE SHOULD NOT BE TITLED RAPTURE I had nothing to do with what the Bible said would happen on the day of the rapture. The movie Left Behind was closer to the biblical depiction of what the Rapture is gonna be like. This movies was terrible and I will even go as far as saying God has NOTHING to do with it. So many questions. Most important one to me is why did the people that excepted God get struck down in the middle of the street or died with an infection.
