Synopsis
In this documentary, an Australian mayor seeks to be re-elected to his seat and will stop at nothing to win back his position. The mayor, Larry Hand, is gunning for a fourth year as mayor, and the locals are pleased. Unfortunately, the vote isn't up to them -- it's in the hands of the city council. Several of the councilmen want to replace Hand, and the cameras watch as elaborate plots unfold, politicians back-stab one another and Hand intimately shares his schemes with the filmmakers.
