R H So the documentary correctly gives proper credit to the Reagan administration for bringing an end to the threat from the Soviet union, the documentary Is tragically amateurish. It uses video from the 1950s and '60s and incorrectly presents it as video from the '80s. The narrator is terrible. He can't even pronounce basic words correctly. The writing is atrocious. The documentary presents various anecdotes without context and without explaining their significance This documentary is incredibly poor, which is unfortunate because the information it could produce would be fascinating. the only thing is documentary gets right is the positive role that Ronald Reagan's administration had in putting it into the Soviet empire threat. Beyond that, this documentary seems like it was put together by a bunch of grade schoolers who are failing both history and video production courses. To call this documentary dumb, gives it too much credit. This is a poor travesty and a waste of time. It seems like it was concocted by the swedes to make themselves feel relevant, when if anything, it demonstrates their dangerous naivete and their presidents collaboration with the Soviet Union during the height of the Cold war. Watch anything else. This is a terrible terrible documentary. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/24 Full Review Read all reviews
