The gear and make up on the humanoids in the movie is alright, like the characters that look like high tech sand people, and even the cyborgs looks alright. But all the aliens that are computer animated looks awful. The acting isn't so good either, or if it's the script. I usually like sci/fi movies, but this i didn't enjoy watching at all. the 1hour n 36 minutes felt more like 3 hours hoping it'd end asap, was amazing how many new creatures they managed to pull out, one more ridiculous than the other. might've been better if i'd seen the first movie in this serie, but I don't feel like finding out..
