Synopsis
In 1950s France, teen girl Nadia (Charlotte Valandrey) is raised to believe in the communist cause. During a protest that takes a startlingly violent turn, she meets politically apathetic photographer Stephane (Lambert Wilson). Before long, a romantic relationship develops between Nadia and the older man, which creates a controversy with the girls' fellow communists and parents. As tensions rise, Nadia must choose between her deeply ingrained political views and love.
