The overall design - characters, vehicles, surroundings - is pretty darn creative, too. This isn't one to watch for the deep plot, this is what you watch when you want to be entertained, have some fun and come out on a high. It's like a Japanese version of 'Wacky Races' on immense quantities of Speed, and that definitely isn't a bad thing. Its meant to give you a fun sense of adrenaline throughout the experience and it does that amazingly.
