It's late in the season; the playoffs are fast approaching; and the Washington Sentinels have just gone on strike. There isn't a football cliche "The Replacements" doesn't tackle, but its all-star cast and easygoing approach make it one of the more enjoyable recent sports comedies.

A lot of thoughts but better than I remembered. The impact of having prime Madden and Summerall is huge, they have some of the best lines. It's somehow a pretty even split between a football movie and a stripper cheerleaders movie. They are shown before during and after every play.

This is not a great movie. However, it's one of my favorites to watch. It's got everything I want: a good story, great actors, funny, and underdog story. I highly recommend it.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

This movie is criminally underrated and it shows. Its fun, campy, 90s coded yet brings together larger than life elements while giving us a team to root for that finds inclusion and unique strengths as its backbone. Sleep on this movie and you will find a dong drawn on your face. Its not exactly family friendly, but its pub friendly, cheers!
