Laurie S Not a very accurate portrayal of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. In fact it was a rewriting of history. The correct Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid's fate was shown in the film that came out two years after this one. This film cheated. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/30/24 Full Review Audience Member Really good western here highly recommend this one James Welch, Henderson, Arkansas September 4, 2023 Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/04/23 Full Review kenneth r It's not just how good this film is, it's that Robert Taylor stars in it. He was an absolute master of dialogue, not many even famous actors could match him. The law & Jake Wade is another example, the interaction between Robert & Richard Widmark making the film. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 05/26/23 Full Review Audience Member definately takes a cue from other superior westerns like 'the magnificent 7' Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Robert Taylor is wonderful as the aging gunfighter Ben Wyatt--The Weary Gunfighter in a Gritty Western!! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Thankfully, ENCORE: WESTERNS showed this again. Sadly, I now dislike this movie. In the second veiwing you not only notice all the cheesy punch-lines and bad story-line, but you see how cartoonish the movie is too.
