Phil Hoad Guardian The real threshold in play here in this experimental delirium is between the ludicrous and the sublime -- and Grewal is mostly camped on the right side. Rated: 3/5 May 5, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

I B What fun ! A genuine old school psychological British horror film. A great watch. Was not expecting so many twists and turns. And the performances were fantastic, especially the creepy Michael Maloney. Thoroughly enjoyed it. It had me transfixed for the whole time. Was not expecting such a great ride. Recommended. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/11/25 Full Review Amber H Pulls you in from the start and takes you on a wild psychological ride! Great performances by all the actors involved and beautifully crafted . A great watch! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/09/25 Full Review AnnaG G From the very first frame, this film pulls you into a relentless, heart-pounding experience that keeps you on the edge of your seat until the very last scene. It’s a rare achievement when a film not only delivers thrills but does so with such intensity. Maloney is brilliant in it - so believable !!! Each actor brings depth to their character, making their emotional journeys feel raw and deeply human. Between the cast members there are moments of tense silence and explosive confrontations. The chemistry on-screen is palpable, and it’s clear that each actor fully embraced the weight of the story they’re telling. It's this constant roller coaster of emotions, anchored by brilliant performances, that makes the film so gripping. In the end, this film is a perfect blend of adrenaline and emotion. The actors’ brilliance not only makes the thrills more effective but also ensures that the story sticks with you long after the credits roll. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/09/25 Full Review Neilji H Really enjoyable psychological thriller. It doesn’t rely on cheap thrills (although there is a few jump scares!) but concentrating more on disorienting you with an escalating sense of unease as the plot unfolds. Small cast but well acted and beautifully shot. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/08/25 Full Review Viraj J British Indie film making at it's finest! Big congrats to Shani and the team. A big reference and inspiration to any up and coming director. You don't need hundreds of millions of pounds to craft something so compelling and captivating as demonstrated through this film. Highly recommend! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/08/25 Full Review Richard B An atmospheric and immersive domestic horror film. It depicts a somewhat dysfunctional family unit, torn apart by the trauma of a tragic accident in the opening scenes. Their individual and collective responses to the underlying tragedy are explored and divisions between them are revealed. Relationships are explored between the family members with unexpected “arrangements” being uncovered. When the common threat to them is made known, its true nature is not initially understood. As this is uncovered and events progress their situation becomes increasingly out of control and perilous. The film makes clever use of lighting to create an atmospheric and immersive experience, as the existential danger is unleashed in the otherwise safe and secure family home. The references to mysticism and spirituality throughout introduce another unexpected dimension to proceedings. A thought provoking and original British horror story, with well-portrayed characters, Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/07/25 Full Review Read all reviews
