      Audience Member I got it from Blockbuster once. It's a decent action anime. It's only about 40 minutes or so. Watch for the Tom and Jerry relationship of cop and criminal. Some of the best car chases in amine, through the lovingly rendered streets of Chicago, are balanced with a harrowing touch of child abuse in a sadomasochistic relationship, seeming almost out of place in what is otherwise a light-hearted take on its genre. Beautifully executed.
