Audience Member This may be the finest movie about newspapers ever made. Then again, it may not be. Worth seeing though - Wallace Ford is always watchable, and there's some great shots of NYC in the 1940's. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Mostly entertaining B-movie that is clearly inspired by the success of HIS GIRL FRIDAY. Actors are competent, if not better. Dialogue may not be memorable, but it doesn't drag down the movie. The plot moves at a crisp pace. Not a bad way to spend a little more than an hour.
