Han B This movie offers a good glimpse into the lives of Saigon's impoverished, earning a respectable 4-star rating. While the setting is confined, the film effectively portrays the characters' struggles and aspirations. The cinematography is commendable, capturing the essence of their environment although not Saigon in it's entire authenticity. "ROM" delivers a valuable lesson about resilience and hope, making it a worthwhile watch to anyone who want to check out Vietnamese movies.
