StephenPaul C The greatest 01 hour: and 43 minutes ever, with real footage of music and interviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/10/23 Full Review Kevin L I quite enjoyed this intimate work on Ronnie Scott, the owner of one of the most famous jazz clubs in the world where a great many of the legends of the genre, and other musical luminaries, held court for decades. Scott was a talented musicians himself, but morese known for being a massive music fan. But jazz was his number one love. Unfortunately, he was also plagued by manic depression and other psychological issues that come with that condition. Namely, frustrations, doubts, and the pain he had for the suffering of those close to him. The doc includes some amazing performances by the likes of Charlie Parker, Dizzie Gillespie, Nina Simone, Miles Davis, Van Morrison w/ Chet Baker, Sonny Rollina, and Ellz Fitzgerald. 3.4 stars Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Read all reviews
