Audience Member Couldn't sleep, came across this movie on Tubi. Something about the preview caught my eye. I knew the moment the movie started, I was hooked. Out of tragedy, sadness, despair and fate. A beautiful love story develops and a family is reborn. Rated 4/5 Stars •  Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Very nice independent movie filmed outside of the usual Hollywood-marketed movies with the same tired, boring, stereotyped actors. The setting has it filmed at Christmas but it's not very Christmassy or really referenced except for a Christmas tree here or Christmas lights there. The geographic setting is awesome! Utah is beautiful and the movie is super snowy - my favorite. That combined with small remote town outdoors and a primary cast of four makes this a perfect movie to watch by your fireplace over the holidays. The actors do a wonderful job and are quite comical at times even though it's based on real life issues. Spoiler alert: Only thing I'd change is the graphic extended display of Lisa's childbirth - especially if you're squeamish like me. It was a bit too much! And also, the scene with the two snowmobilers getting spanked - that would have better for Josephine to simply invite them back for cocoa. That was so silly.
