So somebody somewhere one day had a thought: "What if 'Die Hard' except a school shooting?" and not only didn't they immediately check themselves for other symptoms of lead poisoning but thought, "Yep, that's a winner."

For a film about a school shooting it doesn't really have all that much to say about the subject matter, and instead goes all in on exploiting a very urgent and timely crisis in a bizarrely cynical way; almost as if the people who created it don't live in the same reality the rest of us do.

From the very first scene, Run Hide Fight grabs you and doesn't let go. The tension is palpable throughout the entire movie, creating a truly gripping and unforgettable experience. The filmmakers masterfully build suspense, and the performances are incredibly raw and believable. A five-star thriller that will stay with you long after the credits roll. I really love this movie 🍿.

Better than expected, still was underwhelmed by the hilariously blatant tropes littered throughout. Furthermore, the antagonist is almost directly ripped from a popular DC villain, known for their insane antics.
