John "Breacher" Wharton (Arnold Schwarzenegger) leads an elite DEA task force. Its latest mission is a high-stakes raid on a safe house owned by one of the world's deadliest drug cartels. Wharton and his team (Sam Worthington, Terrence Howard, Joe Manganiello) complete the mission successfully but secretly steal $10 million for themselves. They think their work is done -- until, one-by-one, the commandos are mysteriously killed. As the body count rises, everyone becomes a suspect.

It is worth remembering that John Wayne, an actor almost as inexpressive as he is, did much of his finest work at the tail end of his career. Sadly, post-gubernator Arnie hasn't yet found his equivalents to True Grit or El Dorado.

Not great. Some really bad acting, esp Mireille Enos. It was pretty cringe at time with her. Poor Arnie deserves better.

This movie played like a book with pages missing and there are a lot of WTF moments because of it. The actor (Mireille Enos) who played female DEA agent (Lizzy) has my applause for some of the worst acting in my opinion. Don't bother with this Arnold movie, you can find better things to do with your time.

Easily one of the worst action films I have ever seen. It was without a doubt the winner for the worst dialogue. I knew it was gonna be awful after that "I think I broke a nail," line during the first action sequence. It's just really, really bad. It feels like they blew the entire budget paying Arnold and hired a teenage intern to write the script. The action sequences were descent, but everything here has been done far better in countless other action films.

Critics absolutely baffle me. Ok, so this is going to be a bit of a rant, as well as a review. Since they’ve become the end all be all for movie reviews, I’ve seen maybe a handful of accurate reviews come from rotten tomatoes. Take this movie for example. Though it has a stellar cast, and good director, it is an absolute piece of garbage. Yet, somehow, it has a 21%. I know that doesn’t seem like much, but when compared to other films it is. For instance, a movie that is similar “a man apart” starring Vin Diesel, has 10%. A man apart is ten times better than this movie in every way shape and form. So, to the critics on rotten tomatoes, whoever you are, do better.
