I went to see this film because Daniel Roebuck was in my initial feature and he is a fantastic person. However, I had no connection to this film. I was actually offered the opportunity to invest in this feature and I passed on it. I am absolutely kicking myself now for not doing so! This is a fantastic holiday film! It is funny, uplifting and clean humor that the whole family will enjoy! If you get the opportunity to see this in theaters or rent/buy at home, I highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed! It tells the story of a man whose life was derailed by a personal tragedy and the events that transform him. Family, friends and faith are central to the storyline. If you are familiar with Bethlehem Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Vally Area, you will have the added joy of references to our local businesses and scenes that were actually filmed in Bethlehem locations. It’s a love letter to Christmas and to the Christmas City, and a testament to human resilience. I had the extra special privilege to meet Mr Roebuck at the Roxy Theatre on the night we saw the film.
