Thistle A @RT94140588 4d TW:SA I want to start this a with a disclaimer. This movie contains dialogue verbally describing SA. There is also several SA & attempted SA. I’m like, not even done with this movie yet and the list of complaints is growing. It’s already pretty long. I watch bad horror movies on a regular basis, scouring the depths of Amazon. I’m not sure if it’s the acting or the directing, but it all felt, stiff. The tiny strand of cohesive plot that attempts to carry the movie gets pretty lost through scene after scene of torture / SA theme based shock value. It’s upsetting to be upsetting, and not in a way that lends to the story at all. It really is truly nonsensical. I’d really like to reiterate that the plot is so bad. The writing is frustrating, the delivery even more so. It had me and my girlfriend wincing as the Big Bad monologued. The ending is drawn out and just as convoluted, it’s theatrical in the worst way.
