Grace (Nastassja Kinski) feels smothered by her marriage. Her husband, Matt (Hart Bochner), is unemployed and drinks too much. Matt has also stopped paying attention to her sexually, which eventually sends Grace off to Miami Beach, Fla., to get away from it all. While there, she meets a man, Julian (William Baldwin), with whom she has a one-night stand. When Grace returns home, Matt has suddenly cleaned up his act and started working again. But then Julian reappears, and things get complicated.

The story itself brings nothing new under the sun, and you get a feeling that you have seen it all before. But theres some nice things to add: the ending is nice and the acting is over fair. Interesting how William Baldwin shines in "bad guy" roles.
