Alain E Deneuve manages to deliver another great performance in a script that describes an irrational melodrama. We are to believe that a divorced petite bourgeois mother of a young child will show allegiance to a criminal with whom she went to bed in one occasion by destroying her whole existence and ending in prison herself. Four fifths of the movie make sense. The last 15-20 minutes are as likely as an alien invasion. Very well photographed. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/27/25 Full Review Read all reviews
