11/23/2010 Serves a pretty decent introduction to exploitation and sexploitation cinema. Fans of the genre will find little new information here, but it's interesting and accessible nevertheless. See more 08/22/2010 Exploitation films are supposed to be sensational, exciting, and lurid. You would think a documentary on such a topic would have at least some of the subject matter's fun, but this documentary is just dry and lifeless. For a documentary on exploitation films that does retain the fun of it's source material, watch "Not Quite Hollywood" about Australian exploitation films. Very well made and informative documentary that takes its information from the source and guides you through the history and importance of some of the films and film makers. Compelling stuff.
