In the hope of winning the woman of his dreams, Amanda (Jacinda Barrett), a lovelorn meter-reader (Jon Heder) enrolls in a confidence-building class. The course's title takes on much more meaning when he discovers that he and his egomaniacal professor Dr. P (Billy Bob Thornton) both love the beautiful woman. This movie is horrible. The premise is dumb, the acting is atrocious (especially from Jon Heder) and I don't think I laughed more than once or twice. Also, yet another early 2000's movie that needs to have the "End Title Character Explanation" thing. I only care about that if it's a true story. Otherwise, please show and don't tell. Best Character: Lonnie Best Quote: Honestly, none. Best Scene: Paintball Note: What single, minimum wage making guy has $5k sitting around for a class like this?
