Features a lot of highly unoriginal gags and scenarios to minimal effect. Film's only saving grace may be the appearance of Corinne Alphen. Co-writing credit went to Nick Holeris, who I believe was the co-host of Global TV's Kids Beat in the 80s. It appears minimum wage laws do not apply at this hotel as the guys work for room and board while raising $300k for the owner. Improves after a somewhat dubious start. I did think the accidental use of cocaine as an artificial dessert sweetener was a decent subplot but failing to use Corinne Alphen to maximum effect is a blemish. Sadly, Alphen last film role.
