Oh sure, it's easy to pick holes in a story about a weather system that makes it possible for sharks to fly and take to the streets, but that's the whole point of movies like this: fabulous in-home commentary.

I recently made time to rewatch this all-time classic of artistic filmmaking. The balancing act between raising awareness for real-life weather/shark catastrophes and well-staged kickass action sequences has been executed to perfection. Suffice it to say, they don't make them quite like they used to.
