All is well at Mossy Bottom Farm, except for the fact that the animals will do anything to get out of work. So, Shaun the sheep and his scheming friends devise a plan to put their master to sleep. However, the ruse backfires when the poor farmer finds himself transported to the big city, having lost his memory. Now, it's up to Sean, Timmy the lamb, Shirley the ewe and the rest of the gang to travel to the metropolis and get him back, while not landing in even more trouble themselves.

Although not quite on par with Wallace & Gromit and Chicken Run, the first feature film starring Shaun the Sheep has enough to entertain children and adults alike, and the absence of dialogue is not a weakness, quite the contrary

★★★★★ Shaun the Sheep Movie is an absolute masterpiece of animation cinema: 85 minutes of pure, perfect, wordless comedy. Aardman takes the spirit of classic slapstick (Keaton, Chaplin, Tati) and pours it into a stop-motion world so alive you can almost feel the wool. Every gag is timed to the millisecond, every glance from Shaun says more than a thousand lines of dialogue, and the sheer density of visual jokes per second should be illegal. The restaurant sequence, the animal-disguise pile-up, the dog in the salon, the "memory wall" moment… everything is pure gold. It’s hilarious for kids, side-splitting for adults, and genuinely moving without ever getting sappy. The city chase, the friendship between Shaun and the Farmer (even when the Farmer has no idea), and that tender, perfectly rounded ending leave you smiling for days. Five stars, no debate: one of the greatest comedies of the 21st century, period. 10/10. Baaaaaa-rilliant. 🐑🎬❤️

Hysterical! Wholesome for the whole family, and yet even the critics love it! When was the last time you saw a family movie that was child appropriate that the critics actually loved?! No actual dialogue is spoken and yet you understand every part of it and you won't stop laughing through the whole thing. Great movie to watch with your family and/or friends!

The entire claymation process required for a full length film is wildly impressive. It’s awesome how a whole story is told without dialogue. Nothing to complain about but it is about what’s expected. A lot of little laughs & some decent emotions yet it’s all simple & tame. The set design & filmmaking is detailed & looks great for this medium.

Honestly the 2 shaun the sheep movies are really good! This is the better one, up but the second its still great! The stop motion is spectacular once again, and this movie has alot of funny moments!
