grace pookie bearrrrrrrrrrrriloev yoy Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/02/23 Full Review Audience Member I generally like Shawn Mendes, he seems nice and has some fun songs. But watching the behind-the-scenes footage showed just how self-centered he is which was disappointing. He came off as bratty, incredibly immature, and off-putting. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member i had way higher expectations for this documentary considering it's shawn mendes. it felt so fabricated and controlled. there's a scene where he must cancel a concert because he's sick and it was so overdramatic. it was the most interesting part of the film. camila is just randomly there and that felt so fake even those most people have already assumed they're a fake couple. overall, the documentary gave me no in depth feel of shawn's personal life and just showed me how boring he is. to sum it up, all i learned about was about his anxiety for the millionth time and his relationship with camila... for the millionth time. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review lucca b A compelling and insightful exploration of the life of celebrated musician Shawn Mendes, that will ultimately satisfy die-hard fans but casual audiences will find it unremarkable and very average. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Netflix know, they took Shawn and got Camila for free😂❤️ Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Ugh! My eyes, a 2 hours movie on Mendes being a egocentric and empty b*tch Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Chris Willman Variety A film that does little besides create the impression that the 22-year-old superstar has led a charmed life - an assurance that may reassure Mendes' very youngest fans but won't draw in anyone not already raptly caught in his spell. Nov 30, 2020 Full Review Robyn Bahr Hollywood Reporter When it was done, I wasn't sure I had watched anything at all. Nov 23, 2020 Full Review Chris Azzopardi New York Times I, for one, was hoping there'd be more behind the curtain. Nov 23, 2020 Full Review Steven Warner In Review Online [In Wonder] feels like little more than a carefully cultivated PR stunt and extended advertisement extended advertisement for Mendes' upcoming album Wonder. Jun 5, 2021 Full Review Lea Palmieri Decider Shawn Mendes: In Wonder showed me what he wanted me to see, but guess what? It turns out, that's exactly what I wanted to see too.
