Andrew B A nice, good fun movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/20/23 Full Review Angelo R A good throw back to the old Disney adventure movies. Think "Swiss Family Robinson". Had a fun time with it. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 08/19/23 Full Review Steve D Only the kids will find anything to like. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review joel h It takes a while for Shipwrecked to set sail, but it's an amusing family adventure once it gets going. The plot feels like a mix of Treasure Island and Home Alone, even though it's based on a Norwegian book that came before either of those stories. I saw this one in theaters when it first came out, but I had forgotten most of the movie. It was fun to revisit it again with my kids. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member A kid goes off to seek adventure, gets shipwrecked on a tropical island and has to deal with pirates. Stian Smestad plays the lead kid and he is passable as an actor. There are a few scenes that he is in that should have been reshot because he didn't nail his line. The story sounds good, but I didn't relate to any of the characters, so I found myself not completely following the movie. If the premise sounds like something you would enjoy, then check it out. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Bem bonitinho, "levemente" baseado na obra de Robert Louis Stevenson, "A Ilha do Tesouro", apesar de ser altamente batida no mundo cinematográfico, a trama sempre me atrai, mar, náufragos, ilha (deserta ou não), crianças fofinhas e determinadas, piratas malvados, diversão e aventura… Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
