Very impressed with the writing, the acting, and most importantly making you think. It's not just the user who is effected but their whole family and friends. The movie also shows kindness and understanding at the end. Even though the character who sold heroine to Adams sister is in a bad way, he realises he as a user the guy isn't in control unlike a dealer who doesn't take the drug
