Emily Ashby Common Sense Media Christmas in the swamp is great family fun. Rated: 4/5 Dec 18, 2010 Full Review Kevin Carr 7M Pictures relies on gross humor and slapstick to make the film fun, and with all the characters in the forest... this worked out well. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/24 Full Review Jonathan Q A new Christmas Classic Special!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/09/24 Full Review matthias s "Shrek the Halls" brings back our beloved ogre and his crew for a festive adventure, keeping up with the same fantastic animation and the familiar voices we've come to adore. At a neat 28 minutes, it's a quick holiday treat, perfect for a cozy night in. The special boasts some hilarious moments, like Gingy's fear of Santa or a turkey that's got some moves! Yet, while it's charming and has its share of giggles, there's a feeling that it could've reached higher heights. The potential for excellence seems to hover just out of reach. The original cast's return is a boon, but the storyline lacks the depth and punchiness we've seen in the full-length features. "Shrek the Halls" is a decent addition to the franchise, serving up some festive fun, but it falls short of being a holiday classic. It's a mixed bag; entertaining yet not quite hitting the mark for something truly exceptional. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/06/23 Full Review Benjamin H Doonkeeyyyy. Nah, this movie is 10/10.
