There is an awesome car chase, and it moves along briskly. It's nothing outstanding but it held my interest. Tara Reid is badly miscast, but on the other hand Nick Moran is perfectly cast. The plot line alludes to how closely the US came to the extent of the crony capitalism that prevails in Russia and has made its democracy backslide. It seems only a willingness to act on behalf of someone else and to forgive their trespasses against you enables stands against tyranny not to end completely in tragedy.
