dave h The best thing about this absolute dud of a film are the audience reviews in Rotten Tomatoes. The worst thing is the bellend of the audio guy who cranked up the godawful music until all I heard was me screaming 'turn it down!' Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/01/24 Full Review leslie r terrible acting by main character, music so loud in some scenes you can't make out what the actors are saying , probably the worst editing I've ever seen, believe it was a 3 part series hacked into a movie, crazy story line that made no sense, why usually other good actors in movie choose this one no idea. Try and miss if offered to you Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/24 Full Review Phillip P Terrible movie. The final twist had me wondering if this was a thriller spoof. Overdone an unnecessary sex scenes, average acting, too long with a plot that weaves so many times I got giddy. Oh, and one more thing. Please pay for a sound engineer next time and allow the tea lady to get back to what she knows. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/10/24 Full Review Alfredo V Bad acting, poor story, incoherent narration, not worth watching Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/26/24 Full Review Leanne F My major problem was that the sound was so low, I couldn't hear it well, which is one of my major hates when there's no subtitles (I hear perfectly well). Sometimes the backing music was too loud, and I was trying to figure out what was going on by just trying to guess what they were saying. I think I might have liked this movie better if I could have heard it better. I guess I suspected who dunnit fairly early, but there was enough in the script to keep me unsure, especially at the end. If I could have heard the characters better, I'd have enjoyed it more. However, usually with this problem (which is common in movies that have less funding) I would have given up immediately. Can I also say, that no subtitles is also a flag, and makes me give up earlier than I normally would. I kept going with this movie because there was a lot that was great about it - filming, acting, and finally, the casting. If you have better hearing than me, this might be worth watching if you're sick of the predictable tropes. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/16/24 Full Review Glen P Great crime movie that the Brits do best. Many twists and turns. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/08/24 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Kat Halstead Common Sense Media This is a classic story that is beginning to feel somewhat outdated -- a tale told a hundred times over and, sadly, a hundred times better. Rated: 2/5 Oct 15, 2021 Full Review Roger Moore Movie Nation A meandering, dawdling murder mystery two and a half bloody hours long? Must be a TV movie edited down from a British TV series.
