Real-life stuntwoman and race car driver Kitty O'Neil (Stockard Channing), who is also deaf, is profiled in a TV biopic. After a frustrating upbringing -- Kitty's parents (Colleen Dewhurst, Brian Dennehy) didn't allow her to learn sign language -- O'Neil becomes the top stuntwoman working in movies.
