Jose Solís Common Sense Media Films dealing with current political crises are always in peril of becoming overly biased or didactic. What Simón director Diego Vicentini beautifully achieves is focusing on the story of one individual. Jul 17, 2024 Full Review Victor Pineyro Seventh Art Studio The most powerful thing about this film is its collectiveness. Simon's life is that of millions of Venezuelans right now, making its impactful story, soul and sentiment, inseparable from reality, and incredibly brave.
