Abdul R This movie was really interesting. It was fun to hear stories from the youth of sir Alex and to hear his lifestory told by himself. A great movie about the best manager of all time! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/22 Full Review Audience Member beautiful, beautiful it is sir! 100% reccomended especially people who like football/soccer. Sir Alex Ferguson you know it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This was a surprisingly honest biography of someone who provokes strong opinions among all familiar with him. Making the honest and unflinching view even more surprising is that it was directed by one of the man's sons. Where other biographies of living sports icons have been hagiographies in all but name, this movie gives some unflinching looks at the worst parts of a man who shaped his sport. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member If you are not a fan of football (soccer) but you love sports documentaries, this is among the best of them. From the lows to the highs, entering a crisis then reaching the promise land, this documentary not only tells the impossible story of the great Sir Alex Ferguson, but it teaches you to "Never Give In". Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Insightful, good to see not entirely football focussed. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Very insightful and entertaining. A great story about a fascinating man. Who has achieved so much in football. Great to see his family background and know some more about him. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Ian Freer Empire Magazine Never Give In touches on topics (class, identity) rare in a sports documentary, etching a moving portrait of a man reflecting on his past at a point when his memory is slipping away from him. Rated: 3/5 May 29, 2021 Full Review Jochan Embley London Evening Standard It's compelling stuff. Rated: 4/5 May 29, 2021 Full Review Tara Brady Irish Times If this consistently engaging film has a flaw - here are words I did not expect to write - it's the truncation of the Man United years. Rated: 3/5 May 28, 2021 Full Review Cris Kennedy The Canberra Times (Australia) As a study in the challenges and the loneliness of leadership, it offers the viewer a lot. Rated: 3/5 Aug 3, 2022 Full Review Simon Foster Screen-Space Never Give In is less about the day-to-day anxiety of being at the pinnacle of a sport, more about the simple complexities of a man that helped him stay there for four decades. Rated: 4/5 Mar 12, 2022 Full Review Alistair Lawrence Common Sense Media A predictably favorable view of Sir Alex Ferguson's career -- it's directed by one of his sons, Jason -- this documentary still provides an interesting take on one of soccer's most iconic figures.
