Robert E. Sherwood LIFE Skyscraper makes effective use of the spectacular background provided by a network of steel girders, and is therefore just about the best melodrama now available. Oct 5, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Steve D The whole premise didn't work for me. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/20/24 Full Review Louisa E I found this movie to be a bit too ridiculous. The beginning was very interesting; a bit of a time capsule on working on a skyscraper. Very scary with the almost non-existent Health and Safety of the day. I want to know what kind of shoes the lady had, that she could break it off and then easily put it on and go dancing! Seems legit! I found the editing to be very clunky. The story was full of not very funny jokes and toxic masculinity with an abrupt ending. On a positive note, I liked Boyd's acting, and it was a time capsule into that world. 5/10 Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 05/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Boyd does a great job as the confident ladies man. Boyd and Hale play pals whose mutual abuse disguises the soft spot they share for one another in the enjoyable knockout comedy that benefits from its unusual setting amongst the skeletal frameworks of partially constructed skyscrapers. Things end on a serious not when one of them suffers an injury. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Read all reviews
