Shortcomings are offset by Sigourney Weaver’s brilliant turn as the id-driven and monstrous witch. She brings the magic whenever this film’s other parts aren’t quite as charming. Go to Full Review

It's an unappealing dark adult version of the classic Grimm Brothers' fairy tale of the Snow White story. Go to Full Review

Kevin R @Kevin199 1d A dark and underrated adaptation of Snow White. The cast, costumes, special effects, and performances were great. This is the movie that introduced me to Monica Keena and she nailed the role. The biggest standout was of course Sigourney Weaver. See more Zachary K @ZacharyKing Dec 6 What did I just watch? The cast was great, but this was just such a weird movie. Sigourney makes out with her brother, one of the dwarfs tries to SA Snow White, and her true love was not the prince but in fact one of the dwarfs, that was the only part that made sense to me tbh. 5/10 See more TJ M Jul 1 People are way to critical these days. Super annoying how people cry like a baby if things don't go completely their way. I proudly have never written one single bad review because I see the effort the cast /director/producers /writers /editors etc, do. 90% of the bad reviews written on rotten tomatoes are totally untrustworthy. There are clearly bad films, that didn't put much effort, this film is not one of them. It's beautiful and the cast and story were perfect. Don't listen to the negative criticism. They just want attention and end up looking stuck up like the own the world with their low ball dirty reviews. It's really getting pathetic!!!! See more Robson C Jun 13 Quando Lilly nasceu, a sua mãe morreu no prato. This is an surprisingly faithful movie with beautiful costumes and a great cast See more Read all reviews
