Steve D More interested in peeping Toms and horny kids to remember to scare. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review russell h Way worse than the first one. Arquette's character was pretty entertaining but the acting overall was horrible. It models itself after the first one but makes it way dumber. I kept finding myself missing the punk kids from the first movie. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review michael d Bizarre as hell and a bit sleazy but that repetitive ending really kills the vibe. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Oof! I don't know who thought this was a good idea... It's ludicrous, filled with bottom barrel effects and i don't know who thought Alexis Arquette could play a menacing demon, but they were wrong. Dead wrong! Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/15/20 Full Review william s The original was slow and boring but it flies by compared to this one. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member A cheap imitation of Stephen King's work, Sometimes They Come Back...Again is a festering piece of garbage. After interrupting a demonic ritual as a child, Jon Porter is lured back to his hometown 30 years later for his daughter's 18th birthday so that the ritual can be completed. The plot replaces the mythology of the first film with generic tripe, and the characters are one-dimensional stereotypes. Sometimes They Come Back...Again is a poorly made horror film with no vision.
