Laird W I had never heard of this movie before finding it on Tubi. I had a cousin who lived in Youngstown and we used to visit as kids in the 80s. This movie is hilarious! It's like an odd small non Hollywood film filled with really funny characters that portray the Youngstown city council trying to get money to save the town. I never heard of any of the actors, I am guessing they are from Ohio but they are all good. The main character Chuck is really funny like a crazy Joe Pesci Abbot Costello type of guy. I really liked the strange Russian gymnast guy. LOL funny. If you want to watch something goofy and funny and kind of absurdly stupid this is for you. I hope they make another one of these.
