Very original and authentic film. I liked the characters and I enjoyed seeing the girls get into the excitement of winning races. It's a film that destroys stereotypes and gives a glimpse into resilience of young Palestinian women under occupation. Two thumbs up!

This movie is a must see. The film is smart, provactive and inspiring. Speed Sisters gives us a glimpse of what it is like to be a woman on the speed sister team, but the story is so much more. You will be inspired, you will have a favorite sister, but hopefully you will watch the film and come away with a deeper appreciation of the culture, if you are like me, uncover a belief that you might not know you had.

Not being a fan of racing, I wasn't sure what to expect on my way into the theatre. What I got was a compelling, entertaining, and thought-provoking look at the lives of these kick-ass women. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Authentic, unvarnished view of life between the world of occupation and competing in a sport dominated by men and all of the gender stereotypes that come with it. An honest view into lives of strength, courage and a determination to not only live but do so at full speed.
