Despite what you might expect, there doesn't appear to be much digital assist in the film as the geese first waddle about as cute goslings before taking flight in some stunningly beautiful aerial sequences that take up much of the film's second half.

Wooooow! What a beautiful story and what an incredible film. Perfect transformation by the director of the real-life story of Christian, a goose specialist, who, together with his son Thomas, showed the local authorities of France and Norway that the love of nature is a million times more important than stupid bureaucracy and following rigid forms. It's heartwarming, it's pure, it's tear quenching for anyone who cares for nature and its survival. 9/10 points!

I'm not one for watching kids in movies but I loved this one, the young man is a pivotal player in this little gem, I loved it for the breathtaking scenery, I loved the storyline, the characters and the geese 🙂

There's No Denying It Is A Lovely Film. Takes Quite A While To Really Find The Groove, But The Backstory I Gather Is Necessary For Key Plot Points & Story Development. Just Needed A Book-End With Some Words On Screen To Summarize The Achievements Of The Real People On Which The Story Is Truthfully!? Based.
