Catti (Camilla Lunden), a young Swedish woman, has just given birth to her first child. As she and her husband, Mikael (Göran Stangertz), spend time with the newborn in their hospital room, the police abruptly enter. They are after Catti's roommate, Maria (Indra Roga), who flees, leaving the couple to also care for her child. Determined to help Maria and her husband, Erik (Jakob Eklund), Catti and Mikael risk their lives and their family to aid the fugitives.
