      Critics Consensus

A chaotic drug movie that has little substance behind the stylistic flash.

Ted M This movie ranks up there with Drugstore Cowboy and Basketball Diaries for depiction of drug culture. Quite well done even if the (spot on) meth depiction escaped almost all of the critics . Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/30/23 Full Review Kliff H Intense methy and very abstinent. Great pace, shock-value is acceptable and its bedded for doomsday. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/13/23 Full Review Kenneth D I'd love the wild ride and chaos of each persons' life. The drug using cops add a hilarious punch. I thought the ending needed some work, maybe have Ross drive away or Cook crashing the car and killing them both. Great film. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/24/23 Full Review N c Course you have to have been addicted to something before to appreciate it but I love this movie, incredible cast, great soundtrack that I still listen to all these years later, hilarious at some parts, sad at others, would definitely recommend this movie Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/20/23 Full Review Josh K This was a complete roller coaster for me, the camera work, the pacing of the movie was perfect, every actor was so committed to their role that it made this so fun to watch. If you watch this movie with a negative connotation to drug use you will miss out on how well the movie was made and how amazing the story moves through each characters story. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/02/23 Full Review Audience Member The acting and character portrayals are on point and the cinematography and animated sequences are more than routine. Spun spins off into absurdity when the police and reality show cameras show up and give it a cheesy tone. More responsible film making than it could have been, to each their own.
