Logan D Three fine arts students on vacation in Hawaii decide to see who can tell the best story based on three randomized elements. Despite the uneven acting in this anthology I could tell Lau has an affection for the material. Mood and symbolism are more important than plot in one or two of the tales. I do wish they'd have stuck with practical effects as the digital effects can be jarring. For a first time director, Lau shows promise. Flawed with good atmosphere Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/21/25 Full Review Larry J I'm not usually into "anthologies", but Story Game is unique. Genuinely creepy, and some clever turns.
