Saltmarsh, an institution that employs mentally disabled young adults, is run by boozing womanizer Ollie Rennie (Garry McDonald). He decides to hire Pat Cannizzaro (Brian Vriends), a physical education teacher who was fired from his previous job for his overzealous campaign against junk food.
