Was expecting something different, like a time skip and them coming back as adults for revenge. This was just... shoulda been PG-13 so people know better to stay away. Too slow and uneventful with too much relationship drama where there should have been suspense building. It's as if they wanted to do a remake of The Breakfast Club, couldn't, so they did it anyways and turned it into a horror movie with a different title. Ultimately ends up as a basic slasher with all the latest bells & whistles.

Student Body was a fun romp into the high school horror genre with a pro cast, compelling story and even GREAT music! Everything works in this movie to make it excellent entertainment . Pop the popcorn, grab a friend and settle in for a treat!

I love slasher films from the 80s so this was right up my alley. It hit the sweet spot of spoofing horror while being horror--like the first Scream flick did.

It's a teenage slasher film that leans on some typical high school stereotypes. Someone is dressed as the school mascot and wielding a sledgehammer...and there's a final girl...all pretty much expected.

This watchable teen slasher film is a throwback to old 1980's style horror genre that features attractive teens running through the halls trying to get away from a revenge seeking killer. It's fun to a point, but offers few new and exciting elements. The formula is just too set in stone for the filmmakers to even attempt to breathe any kind of new life into it.
