Audience Member A bizarre and ungainly amalgam of two or three incredibly disparate genres, "The Student Teachers", which I watched for my action stars quest (Chuck Norris makes a brief cameo), is the goofy sex comedy it advertises itself as for about a third of the time. Another third of the film runs as a sort of blaxploitation flick about revolutionaries double-crossing drug dealers to raise money for their school. But it's the OTHER third that really makes the film sort of offensively baffling, as they inelegantly work in a whodunit about a mysterious rapist (!!) terrorizing girls on campus. It's a tone shift so hideously drastic that it took me from a viewer to a voyeur to a gawker, and that uncomfortable experience is the only reason to see this strange little curio.
