Critics Consensus

Sundown's emotionally muted wavelength may be difficult for some viewers to tune into, but it's enlivened by Tim Roth's strong central performance.

Franco may be making a point about the effects of disparity in wealth, but why base it on a narrative trick? Go to Full Review

Randi 02/11/2022 Pointless, slow moving and boring. I probably should give it one star, but Im being nice See more Fredric 02/11/2022 I thought the movie was excellent. I would describe it as willfully ambiguous. I saw it as an exploration of mortality and apathy. I also enjoyed that it wasnt too long in duration. Sitting in the theatre for 3 hours isnt really something I prefer. 5 stars! See more Pennie 02/10/2022 Nothing like the description and I wonder if its intentionally vague and misleading. Not much happened but at least it was short. See more Kurt E 02/09/2022 Not sure what the point of this movie was… See more Mister Harlem 02/09/2022 Take a trip to find yourself, and never apologize for it, even in the face of terrible news.
