t n Matthew McConaughey obviously produced this so that he could spend an hour or two without a shirt on trying to look sexy. Choosing Woody Harrelson to be in the movie was obviously an attempt to make himself look even better and he must have homophobic Tendencies towards Woody because they enjoy having conversations with their face 2 inches apart from each other. So no Matthew you're not all that and next time you want to make a movie try and produce something with actual content honestly this movie reminds me of some ugly guy standing in front of a mirror for 3 hours pretending to be sexy a big pass on this movie this movie is not just bad it is completely vile Rated 1 out of 5 stars 09/24/22 Full Review Audience Member Is it bad, stoner-surfer genius, or avant-garde? I didn't hate it, but it really is borderline unwatchable. Having said that, you do get an awful lot of McConaughey for your money. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie was an amazing ride. Harrelson and McConaughey portray their characters beautifully and improvise off one another. I laughed, cried and gasped at this movie. The occasional 'X days without waves' caught my attention and this was a groundbreaking aspect of the movie. The thing that made me give it 5 stars was large; it was McConaughey's ass. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Why did the waves stop? What made the waves suddenly begin again? Why didn't that cocky surfer who hit Steve Addington get his ass whopped? It was a "train wreck" movie. I wanted to stop watching, but I just couldn't. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Like... legit the best movie. Don't overthink it. It's not some ultra mega introspective into anything but a dude just being a dude. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member una película incomprendida para su tiempo. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
