See more 03/27/2012 Interrogation stage-play that has a workable big screen script, although Rafe Spall's character seem to be a caricature of a David Walliams invention. See more 03/20/2012 A great script from Barrie Keefe ('The Long Good Friday') make this an entertaining film but it never quite breaks away from its original stage boundaries. The acting is good, although Spall is a little too much like a nastier version of his 'Hot Fuzz' character and Brown sometimes overacts the role but Dyer is great as the accused prisoner and his scenes of emotion are genuinely affecting. A good showcase for the actors and I'd enjoy seeing this onstage but it doesn't quite make a great film. See more Read all reviews
